Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase of any product with the exception of photo prints you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.  We cannot refund costs for printed photos as these are subject to our terms and conditions. 

Prior to placing your order for photo printing or photo gifts it is your responsibility to ensure that your photo is good quality and suitable for printing, it is also your responsibility to ensure that your photo is not cropped. 

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. 

You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. 

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. We cannot cancel your purchase or refund your money if you return the product without proof of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights 

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: mojophoto, FUJIFILM, Kiosk 4, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin 22, D22R6K8

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
